Property Vista’s Customer Success Specialist (Bilingual - French & English) fills a dynamic and essential client-facing role, interacting collaboratively with clients, project managers and software developers to deliver outstanding results. Dedicated to our client success and satisfaction, our CSS’s serve as the main point of contact with our valued customers.This role requires highly-effective management and people skills coupled with robust analytical capabilities. The CSS is a valuable member of the customer-facing team and the position is one which brings with it an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within a lively and challenging environment.

You are fluently bilingual in French and English. You love solving problems and helping people resolve their issues. You are good to work independently and enjoy constant learning, self-improvement and strategizing and are willing to roll up your sleeves to make it this all happen.

You will have very little supervision, but you will work with a bunch of superstars at your disposal to work and brainstorm with. You’ll be joining a hand selected team at the ground level giving you a unique opportunity to influence and witness this ground-breaking company's growth.
