Position Overview

As the Customer Success Specialist you will fill a dynamic and essential client-facing role, interacting collaboratively with clients, project managers and software developers to deliver outstanding results. Dedicated to our client success and satisfaction, our CSS’s serve as the main point of contact with our valued customers. This role requires highly-effective management and people skills coupled with robust analytical capabilities. The CSS is a valuable member of the customer-facing team and the position is one which brings with it an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within a lively and challenging environment.


Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • On-boarding new customers
  • Lead the configuration of our technology platform with new customers
  • Train end users
  • Respond to customer support tickets
  • Be the voice of the customer with the internal team
  • Facilitate adoption of new features or additional services
  • Become a Property Vista technology platform expert
  • Manage projects
  • Ongoing customer engagement
  • Realize key performance indicators and milestones


  • 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role 
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting is an asset
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Proficient with technology
  • Experience at a SaaS or technology company an asset
